Merry Christmas

Hooray! Santa came to our house! Apparently, the kids were nice enough and Santa decided to reward them with some great presents for Christmas! He brought us a Wii and some fun games for the family to enjoy.

This is pretty much what it looked like at our house for the next 48 hours straight!

Ashley loved everything that she received. It's so easy to please a 3 year old. I love that! The main thing she wanted from Santa was a Princess marker board ($6.99 Target) and Santa was very happy to oblige. She also wanted some mermaid Barbies, which she got from us and from her Nanny and Granddad.  She loves the new Barbie CD player and headphones she got from Nana and Papa too. Other than that, it was some books, pink belt, notebooks and sparkly pens, games, etc.

Olivia had a wonderful Christmas too. Santa brought her a new outfit- a fur lined hoodie, skirt, and matching tights. She loved it. She also received some notebooks, pens, a fuzzy pink scarf, another hoodie and jeans, books, a calendar, etc.

She hasn't put these mermaids down since Christmas!

Austin loved his new sled from Santa. He also got an alarm clock, a skater hat, iTunes gift certificate, the game Sorry, DS games, books, etc.

Santa also brought our family the game Blokus. It's a really fun game, if you're not familiar with it. It's great that Austin and Olivia are old enough to play, and to get the concept. Later on Christmas day, we played with Jill and Randy too.

A nice day for the whole family. After opening presents we relaxed, took naps, played more Wii, etc. My parents came over for lunch and at the last minute Jill's family joined us too. It was quite the random buffet since we hadn't planned it, but it all worked out fine. Can't believe another Christmas has gone by... where did 2009 go?!?
