This weekend we got to enjoy the gorgeous leaves and beautiful Fall weather! We are so glad that we live just .5 miles from the mouth of the canyon so we can take off on a moment's notice.
On Saturday evening we went up with the kids and hiked around T.F. reservoir. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed it.

Austin let me snap this shot of him during our hike, which is so rare! Usually he totally fights me or hides his face. Too bad his hair is a little crazy in this photo, I really like it.
On Monday night we were back again (along with the rest of Utah Valley) this time with the Blacks. We had some dinner and a little walk along the trail. I'm sad I didn't get a good photo with all of us. I think we were too distracted by the leaves...
It was amazing! In just 2 days the leaves had noticeably turned
and the colors were so vibrant! I wanted to capture it all.
It's too bad I forgot to pull out my video camera, which was in the car. I just wanted to soak it all up. I love living in such a gorgeous place! I wish I could go up there every day.

Oh how I love living so close to the canons! And I have to say that the last family picture with the red leaves is amazing!!! I love it and what is even better is that everyone looks so good - quite a feat with kids!
Fall is stunning in your neck of the woods...I would love to be there and enjoy the change of the season!!!

Those leaves are awesome! I can't believe Utah is already in full swing with Fall. Our leaves have just barely started to turn.
