Tikka Masala

Pioneer Woman is already my hero, but when I found this recipe today for Indian Tikka Masala, it sealed the deal.

hee hee! I love her too! This is the recipe I was making the other night when I was on the phone with you! Isn't it SO GOOD!!!!!?????? We have made it 3 times here already. However, I did use fat free half and half instead and it was still really good.

Britney, I am sorry, I remember we talked about that when you were making it. I totally forgot! I must have been subliminally drawn to the site for that purpose.

I know you're into healthy foods and all, but this really looks like someone has, ahem, "upchucked" their dinner. I don't want to be rude because I love seeing your recipes and take inspiration from how you get your kids to eat all sorts of things. So tell me what I'm missing here, what is this?

I hope you don't hate me after I say something like that. . .

Sarah, I guess you're right, now that I look at it. It sure tastes good though! And all three of my kids ate it without complaint...a rarity at dinnertime!
